Agile Hive provides a collection of non-mandatory Jira Screens, designed to help Teams, ARTs, and units at other SAFe® layers maximize the benefits of Agile Hive from the beginning. These Screens include all the Custom Fields necessary for utilizing the app’s full functionality.

This page offers comprehensive details about the Screens included with Agile Hive. You will find guidance on how to effectively create and configure these Screens as well as make use of custom Screens that already exist in your Jira site.

Make sure you’re logged in with a Jira user holding at least Jira Administrator permission.

In order to create Agile Hive Screens it is required to create all of the Agile Hive Custom Fields first. For more information on Agile Hive Custom Fields please refer to Manage Agile Hive Custom FieldsPreview.

Each of the Screens for projects on the various SAFe® layers contains a dedicated set of Agile Hive Custom Fields. Please note that the overview below only lists the Screens originally included with Agile Hive by default.

The Screens listed below are intended for use with projects at various levels in Agile Hive, primarily because they provide Custom Fields for Work Types utilized across different SAFe® layers.

As a Jira administrator, navigate to the ‘Apps’ administration of your Jira Cloud site. Select ‘Agile Hive’ in the sidebar on the left and then go to the tab ‘Screens’.

On this page you find an overview of all Screens Agile Hive provides and the state of each of the Screens for your Jira site. In case one or more Screens are missing simply click the ‘Create Screens’ button to create any missing Screens.

In case one or more Screens cannot be created please make sure that no other Screen with the same name already exists in your Jira site. Also, double-check that all Agile Hive Custom Fields have been successfully set up prior to creating the Screens.
