Work Type Schemes
Introduction
Agile Hive provides a collection of non-mandatory Jira Work Type Schemes, designed to effectively initiate your Teams, Agile Release Trains (ARTs), and scaled organizational units within a SAFe® framework.
This page offers comprehensive details about the Work Type Schemes included with Agile Hive. You will find guidance on how to effectively create and configure these schemes, along with an overview of other available options related to Work Type Schemes when using the app.
Prerequisites
In order to create Agile Hive Work Type Schemes, it is required to create all of the Agile Hive Work Types first. For more information on Agile Hive Work Types please refer to Work Types.
Some default Jira work types are only created with the first project on a new site. The work types Bug and Sub-Task require to create a scrum project for the first time. Otherwise these work types already exist.
Overview of featured Work Type Schemes

Troubleshooting
In case one or more Work Type Schemes cannot be created, please make sure that no other Work Type Scheme with the same name already exists in your Jira site. Also, double-check that all Agile Hive Work Types have been successfully set up prior to creating the Work Type Schemes.
Associate Work Type Schemes with Jira Projects
In order to finally associate the Work Type Schemes just created with one or more Jira projects, please refer to the official Atlassian Jira Cloud documentation over at
Associate work types with spaces | Atlassian Support.
