Values available for this field are ‘Insignificant’, ‘Minor’, ‘Moderate’, ‘Major’, ‘Catastrophic’, and ‘Unspecified’.

Limitations

At the moment (Jan 27, 2026) Atlassian also ships their own Impact field. Agile Hive Cloud determines the field by its name. This might change in the future. If you encounter problems regarding risk values, consider to rename the default Jira field Impact and create Agile Hive’s Impact field via the app’s administration.
